Sellzone.ro respects the international standards of return and order refusal, established by the European Consumer Center and the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission. Any customer can return the order received according to our "Return and Exchange Policy" for goods.
CAREFUL!!! Each order made in the Sellzone.ro online store can be replaced or returned within 14 days from the date of delivery by courier to the customer under the following conditions and steps:
Exceptions:
– Underwear – panties, boxers, thongs, briefs, bodysuits, swimwear and other products characterized as underwear – CANNOT be returned or exchanged – for reasons of hygiene!
EXCHANGE REQUEST
If you would like to exchange an item in your delivered order, please do the following:
- Submit a replacement request and wait for our operator to contact you (next business day).
- DO NOT return the items you want to exchange yourself, but wait for a call from us after you have placed your new order!
- An item exchange is recommended for a product of equal or greater value than originally purchased. If you choose a product of a lower value for exchange, the price difference will be saved in your account as a credit that you can use later for shopping.
- Replacements are made only on the condition that the additional label placed by the Sellzone.ro online store has not been removed.
MAKING THE EXCHANGE
The Sellzone.ro team will prepare a bill of lading with which you can return the products, please wait for a courier to call you and pick up the shipment from you. After we receive the shipment and ensure that the commercial appearance of the goods is preserved, we will send you the new shipment with the desired products.
The value of courier services in both directions in case of exchange is at the expense of the Customer .
RETURN OF AN ITEM

The reason for the return.
Indicate that you want a full refund from us.

RETURN OF GOODS
You will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking number for the return of the shipment. The shipping costs (courier charges) of the returned order are borne by you. After we receive the shipment, we will contact you to confirm receipt and that the goods are in a state of preservation that allows us to accept them back.
The product/products will be returned only on the condition that the additional label placed by the Sellzone.ro online store has not been removed.
DO NOT return the items you want to return to the courier yourself, but wait for a call from our operator. Otherwise, we will have no way of knowing that you have returned anything and it will return in 7-10 days back to the office you sent it from.
REFUND
After we receive the returned goods, we will refund you the amount in the following period:
you will get your money back in 30 days, we only refund money by bank transfer!
Damaged goods
When exchanging or returning goods purchased from the Sellzone.ro online store , the following requirements must be met:
- The goods must NOT have the general packaging damaged.
- Goods must NOT have torn or missing tags and/or accessories.
- The goods have NOT been subjected to painting and/or handling that alters the original appearance of the product.
If an item returned by a customer does not meet the above requirements, Sellzone.ro reserves the right to return the item to the customer without warning!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION The items displayed in the
Sellzone.ro online store have their real photos. However, there may be a difference or discrepancy when you receive the product. We make great efforts to show the goods as realistically as possible. It is desirable, when returning goods for exchange or refusal, that they are packaged as closely as possible to the way in which they were sent to you by us. Thus, the chances of them being damaged during transport are greatly reduced. Orders delivered with "Free Shipping" cannot be returned again with Free Shipping. The customer must pay the courier fee in advance, and the costs that the supplier paid for the initial transport of the goods to the customer will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.
We remind the customers of the Sellzone.ro online store that they can exercise their right to a legal guarantee for the conformity of the goods with the sales contract.
ORDER REFUSAL
Any customer, without reasons, can refuse an order received by him within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
Your wish to cancel an order must be declared in advance to the e-mail address indicated above, indicating your order number (you will find it in the order confirmation e-mail or in your profile if you shop as a registered user ).
Declined orders are sent back to the address from which they were received.
Please keep correspondence as evidence in case of disputes.
OTHER PROVISIONS
The owners of Sellzone.ro have the right to modify this Return and Exchange Policy at any time, without notice, and the new terms will be published on this page. This return and exchange policy applies to the Sellzone.ro online store and its customers (buyers). Upon publication of any changes to the terms, customers are automatically deemed to have been notified of and accept the new terms.
